Overview
The Beneficiary Management and Service Tracking (BMST) system is a technology-driven initiative designed to streamline the management of beneficiaries under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme. By leveraging Aadhaar-linked digital profiles, BMST ensures real-time tracking of critical services such as health check-ups, immunization, nutrition support, and pre-school education for children (0–6 years), pregnant women, and lactating mothers.
This system enhances transparency, reduces duplication of beneficiaries, and improves service delivery efficiency through a centralized digital framework.
Key Features of BMST
Aadhaar-Linked Digital Profiles
Each beneficiary is assigned a digital profile that includes personal, health, nutrition, and service history information.
Comprehensive Data Capture
- Personal Details: Name, age, gender, address, and contact information.
- Health Records: Immunization status, growth monitoring, and high-risk indicators.
- Nutrition Status: Mid-day meal records and supplementary nutrition tracking.
- Service History: Access to Anganwadi and health services.
- Education Tracking: Attendance and preschool progress for 3–6-year-olds.
Benefits of Aadhaar Integration
Eliminates Duplication
Avoids overlapping records and ensures unique identity for every beneficiary.
Targeted Service Delivery
Enables accurate and timely service allocation based on individual needs.
Seamless Migration
Ensures continuity of services even when beneficiaries relocate across regions.
